In a period of change like ours it is important and essential that every individual can find space for personal spiritual practices, in order to manage the burden of this global change on a mental and holistic level. In order not to feel overwhelmed or confused, each one of us must look to oneself and becomes aware of oneself and his/her inner strength. To support each other we begin by supporting ourselves. By helping ourselves we also help new generations to be responsible and self-sufficient individuals. The planet needs a sudden change in conscious, altruistic, responsible human beings that think and act by looking and caring to the future of our beloved planet and future generations.

HATHA YOGA
Yoga form me is a constant research getting to know more about my true nature, a self discipline, a self healing power, revealing mine and other people’s essence. It gives me focus, grounding, surrendering and contemplating of my true home, the self. Yoga is happening in my daily life helping me to expand my mind. In Hatha Yoga meditation is the aim of the practice, the meaning of meditation in my experience is found through a way to see the reality, a lesson about love, observation, compassion, and happiness.
Teaching Yoga its a vocation, a call to help others, it is a gift of love, acceptance and unity, we are not separated from others. Like plants we are interconnected. I do care about any person who want to give her/himself the chance to challenge, empower, encourage humans to perceive their inner motivations and strength, gaining confident with self healing. We all are masters of ourselves.
My students are from beginners to advanced from young to old, also families coming from different countries (mainly Germany, Italy, Central and North America, Canada), I have experienced teaching in different languages: English, German and my mother tongue Italian. I have gained experience teaching also to patients with chronic pain and to older people, approaching them with care, attention, love, empathy, correcting bad postural habits and sharing my creative and healthy lifestyle with the wish to inspire others.
I teach in regular group classes, individual classes for individual needs and care, I also design unique Hatha Yoga workshops. I taught Hatha Yoga in professional Yoga studios, eco retreats, private houses, and hospitals.
LAUGHTER YOGA
A unique method to laugh for no reason, rediscovering the inner child that lives within us. The act of laughing is accompanied by the rhythmic clapping and spontaneous movement, combined with breathing exercises and by brief meditation pauses.
Laughter activates in our body the emotion of happiness and joy.
If we cultivate every day with laughter, we create harmony and erase tensions. Constantly practice Laughter Yoga, helps to discover a better way to react to unexpected and difficult situations in life. Laughing reactivates the energies of the body, brings positiveness into our lives, stimulates individual creativity.

Physically laughter increases the production of those hormones, such as adrenaline and dopamine, which have the task of liberating our natural morphine: endorphins, enkephalins, and others. Endorphins cause a decrease in pain and tension, allowing the achievement of a state of relaxation and serenity. The enkephalins enhance the immune system, with a greater production of antibodies. The laughter amplifies the production of serotonin by reducing the production of stress hormones such as cortisol which causes the increase in blood pressure and glucose levels in blood vessel damage. The laughter, stimulating the production of beta-endorphins, protects from stress carrying out a real function of antidote. Laughing fights physical and mental weakness, helps to fight effectively even insomnia.
